Welcome ! Run for Kids World tour Running around the world .... Through this ambitious voyage, the Roethelis hope to increase public awareness of the plight of children around the world. The couple’s impetus is to promote children’s rights worldwide and to help finding effective ways to defend their rights and building support for their cause. Upon leaving Switzerland, they began this adventure on the African continent, then moved on to the Middle East, Asia then Australia, followed by South America and North America. Finally the last leg of their journey takes them back to Switzerland after five years. At a pace of about 8'000 Km per year, The Roethelis have logged 40 000 km or 25,000 miles by foot by the time they return to Europe. They have now finished their World Tour but it's not all over !
